Šrámková, Monika Nikol ; Tomková, Anna (advisor) ; Kargerová, Jana (referee)
My diploma thesis is focused on specific topic called "How to be influenced by nature in a learning process - let the nature teach ourselves". In the first part of the thesis there are mentioned the first attempts trying to connect nature into the educational system and the history of this principle applied abroad and in our country. The main research is interested in activities undertaken in countryside during pre-school and school teaching as well as children's leisure time. The empirical part is casuistry capturing the main image of newly established school Zeměkvítek showing the way how children's learning and perceiving is affected by being in the nature during school and pre-school teaching. The results of the practical part shows that lessons in an outdoor environment contribute positively on development of children's learning. On the bases of SWOT analysis it can be stated that there is high possibility that ZŠ Zeměkvítek will develop and gain more members.

The diploma thesis is based on research findings that the natural environment can help restore depleted emotional and cognitive resources. Theoretical part summarizes the results of research studies in this area and provides a sufficient number of studies which have confirmed the above mentioned phenomenon. In the empirical part I am devoted to ascertaining whether the picture of environment can have restorative effect on cognitive and emotional resources, and compare the effects of three different outdoor environments. The research was conducted by experiment, respondents were exposed to visual stimulus material with motives of natural environment, park or urban environment and then was measured their attention and mood.
Effects of the environmental measures of ZSNP, a.s. on internal and external environment
Klimková, Lucia
The thesis is focused on the effects of the environmental measures of ZSNP,a.s. on internal and external environment. These effects are evaluated in the framework of Corporate Social Responsibility with the special emphasis on environment and sustainability. In Slovakia, there are many environmental problems caused by irresponsible behaviour of the companies, and therefore, legal factors are also taken into consideration from both national and European perspective. The study is mainly based on qualitative research, which found out that environmental measures affected internal and external environment positively and that the public considers the company to be responsible towards society. Numerous participants, such as employees, specialists, inhabitants, city mayor and other stakeholders took part in the research by expressing their opinion and own perception of the issue. The thesis proves that the company behaves in socially responsible way because of its moral believes and confidence. Another finding was that the steps, which were undertaken by ZSNP,a.s. could be considered copybook examples for other companies within CSR concept.
